If you book a meeting: your name, email address, the time you choose and anything you tell us in the booking form.

If you email us: your contact details and the content of your message.

We don't ask for special category data and we don't use analytics or advertising tools.

To organise the meeting you request and answer your questions, as a pre-contractual step taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To send you information about our services only if you explicitly ask us to (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw that consent at any time.

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles from your data.

While we handle your request and, if we do not work together, for up to 12 months after the last contact. If we do work together, for the length of the relationship and any period required by law.

We do not share your data with third parties. It is processed on our behalf, under a data processing agreement, by Vercel Inc. (website hosting) and Cal.com, Inc. (meeting scheduling). For the video call we use the tool shown in the invitation.

Some of these providers are in the United States. Transfers rely on GDPR safeguards: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to hola@macomore.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.

This site presents Macomore's AI transformation consulting services and lets you book a meeting. No products are sold and no services are contracted through it.

By browsing the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to harm its operation or that of the third-party services it includes.

The text, design, code and the Macomore brand belong to their owner or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without written permission, except for personal and private use.

Client and third-party names and brands shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

We take care that the information is accurate and up to date. But we do not guarantee that it is error-free or that the site is always available. Links to third-party sites are for reference only. We do not control their content.

This notice is governed by Spanish law.

We store your booking calendar choice and whether you dismissed the announcement in your browser's local storage. If you choose a language, we remember it for one year in the mc-idioma cookie. On your first visit, we use the approximate country that our hosting provider supplies based on your IP. We use it to show Spanish in Spain and English elsewhere. We do not store your location in the cookie.

The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, Inc. and only loads if you click “Show calendar”. Until then, there is no connection to Cal.com. Once loaded, Cal.com may set its own cookies needed for booking, as described in its privacy policy (cal.com/privacy).

Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page to allow or withdraw the calendar at any time. You can also clear the site's data from your browser settings.
